NOLI ROSEN (Managing Director) is a dancer, choreographer, teacher, and arts administrator based in Boston. She graduated from Smith College with a BA in Contemporary Dance Studies and Spanish. Noli's relationship with the Deborah Abel School of Modern Dance began at five years old when she took her first dance class with Deborah.
Noli currently teaches in Cambridge at the School of Classical Ballet and Midday Movement Series. She is also the Social Justice & Equity Intern at Midday Movement Series and has worked on the management teams of Boston's own Lion's Jaw performance + dance festival, New York based company BAND|portier, and Contact Quarterly dance journal.
Noli is forever grateful for the dance home that she found in Deborah's classes, and honored to continue their journey together by helping bring other young people the magic of Deborah's mentorship.
In addition to her dance work, Noli is a traditional birth attendant with Wild Woman Birthkeepers.

PAMELA SHANLEY DAUBE (Production Designer) has worked with Deborah Abel for over 25 years on sets and costumes for both her professional dance company and School of Dance. She has also worked with the Underground Railway Theater, Cambridge, MA, Little Theater for the Deaf, O'Neill Theater Center in Waterford, CT and the Armory Center for the Arts in Pasadena, CA on sets, murals, and puppets. In addition, she is the Operations Manager and Events Facilitator at the Arlington Center for the Arts, and the Director of Arlington Open Studios for the past 21 years.
Commissions for community mural work, funded in part by the Massachusetts Cultural Council. Her paintings and drawings have been exhibited and collected in private collections in California, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
